Ingredients
Four oranges, one tablespoon of vegetable oil, one tablespoon of mustard seeds, one tablespoon of cumin seeds, half a tablespoon of red chilli powder, half a tablespoon of turmeric powder, one cup of sugar, and salt to taste.
Prepare oranges
Start by thoroughly washing oranges. Peel them and remove the seeds. Chop the oranges into small pieces.
Temper spices
Take a pan and add oil, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, salt, turmeric powder, and red chilli powder.
Add oranges
Now, add the diced oranges to this and coat themm with spices. Cook for 15-20 minutes until the oranges get soft.
Add sugar
Add sugar and salt and stir it continuously until all the sugar gets dissolved. Cook it until it gets thickened.
