Ingredients
Take 500 grams of wheat flour, 60 grams of semolina (sooji), 10 grams of makhana (foxnuts), and one bowl of dry grated coconut.
What Else Do You Need?
Take 10 grams of melon seeds, 20-25 grams cashew nuts, 20-25 grams almonds, 150 grams sugar, and 450 grams ghee.
Preparation
Take a heavy-bottomed pan, add ghee to it, and fry foxnuts in it until golden brown. Once the foxnuts are golden brown, crush them to your desired consistency.
Semolina
Add sooji (semolina) to ghee and mix with wheat flour. Once mixed properly, add crushed foxnuts, grated coconut, almonds, cashew nuts, and melon seeds to it.
Sugar
Once all the ingredients are mixed, add sugar and mix well. When it's done, shape small portions of the mixture into round shapes.
