Ingredients
One cup of moong sprouts, half cup black chickpeas, one cup boiled chickpeas, one onion, two tomatoes, one cucumber, two green chillies, one tablespoon of chaat masala, half a tablespoon of chilli powder, one tablespoon of jeera powder, a few coriander leaves, one inch chopped ginger, two teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of black salt, one teaspoon of pepper, and two tablespoons of tarmarind chutney
Wash vegetables
Take a small bowl filled with water and thoroughly. You can wash them under running water.
Chop vegetables
Now take a cutting board and cut tomatoes, onion, cucumber, and green chillies. Finely chop all the vegetables.
Assemble the bowl
Wash sprouts and add them to a glass bowl. Now, wash and add boiled chickpeas, and black chickpeas to this.
Mix vegetables
Now, add all the vegetables and combine them nicely with tamarind chutney.
Add dressing
Take lemon juice, black salt, spices, coriander leaves, and green chillies together to make the dressing. Toss this nicely with the sprouts.
Garnish
Garnish this high-protein sprout chaat with coriander leaves and pomegranate seeds on top. Serve it fresh.
