Ingredients
Take thick caramel sauce, three-fourth cup butter, half cup brown sugar, three teaspoons of castor sugar, and one teaspoon vanilla essence.
What Else Do You Need?
One three by four cup refined flour (maida), one teaspoon baking powder, half a teaspoon baking soda, and 3-4 teaspoons of milk.
Preparation
Preheat your oven to 180 degree celsius. Take a bowl and add butter, brown sugar, vanilla essence, and castor sugar in it. Mix well until the batter becomes light and fluffy.
Sift
Once the batter is mixed, sift refined flour (maida), baking powder, and baking soda in it and mix well. Then mix milk to form a soft dough.
Dough
Once the dough is ready, divide it into equal parts and roll them into a ball shape. Make a hollow space in the centre of the ball and pour caramel sauce in it.
Seal
Once you pour the caramel sauce, cover the space with another ball and seal it by pressing its edges.
Bake
Place a parchment paper on the baking tray and put all the cookies on it. Now place the tray in the preheated oven and bake for at least 10-15 minutes.
Serve
Once the cookies are baked, take them out and allow them to cool. Once cooled, serve them.
