To make this high-protein bar at home, you will need: one cup of almonds, one cup of walnuts, one cup of jaggery, half a cup of raisins, 5-8 dates, and 1/4 cup of honey.

You will need one cup of each of the following seeds: sunflower seeds, melon seeds, pumpkin seeds, and flaxseeds.
STEP 1: ROAST
Firstly, roast seeds, almonds, and walnuts on a medium flame by a continuous stirring.
STEP 2: GRIND
Grind these roasted ingredients with the help of a grinder and keep them aside. Then, grind half a cup of raisins and 5-8 dates.
STEP 3: MELT JAGGERY
Now, take a pan and melt the jaggery on a low flame to avoid burning. Once your jaggery is melted, transfer it to a mixing bowl.
STEP 4: COMBINE INGREDIENTS
Mix all ingredients (melted jaggery, seed and dry fruit mixture, honey, ground raisin and dates). Roll them with the help of a roller.
STEP 5: READY TO SERVE
After rolling them into a thick, chapati-like shape, cut them into the shape of energy bars with the help of a knife. Your homemade high-protein and sugar-free bars are ready.
