Ingredients
One large potato, half a cup of grated onion, one fourth cup of potato starch, one-fourth teaspoon of salt and one-fourth cup of oil.
Other Ingredients
Two tablespoons of soy sauce, one tablespoon of fresh lime juice, one green onion, one jalapeno, one-fourth cup of onion, and one-fourth cup of sugar.
Prepare dipping sauce
Take a bowl and add soy sauce, lime juice, green onion, jalapeno, onion and one sugar. Stir it well until it dissolves.
Prepare batter
Grate one potato, onion, salt, and potato starch. Stir it well until it has turned into a smooth mixture.
Cook pancake
Heat oil in a pan and add 2-3 small pancakes. Cook them until golden brown and crispy on both the sides.
Garnish and serve
Once the pancakes are cooked transfer it to a plate and add dipping sauce on top. Serve it hot with honey.
