Ingredients

Three-fourth cup of maize flour, one-fourth cup of all purpose flour (maida), 1-2 tablespoons of ghee or oil, two teaspoons of salt, two teaspoons of virgin olive oil, two teaspoons of Italian herbs, a teaspoon of chilli flakes, and salt according to taste.

Prepare dough

Combine maize flour, all purpose flour, cumin powder, chilli powder, and salt. Slowly add water and knead a soft dough.

Rest the dough

Cover the dough with a thin muslin cloth and rest it for 10-15 minutes. Roll the dough into a thin sheet.

Cut the shapes

Cut the sheet into chip shapes by using a pizza cutter into thin triangles, circles, or small squares.

Add spices

Take a baking tray and spread corn chips on it. Sprinkle chilli flakes and salt, and season it with olive oil.

Bake chips

Preheat the oven to 190°C. Toss the seasoned chips and put the baking tray into the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes.

Serve

Garnish the chips with italian seasonings and let it cool down for sometime. Serve it with cheesy dip or salsa sauce.
