Ingredients
One cup whole moong beans, one tbsp ginger garlic paste, half tsp turmeric, two green chilli peppers, two tbsps coriander leaves, one large carrot, six small radish, salt , oil.
Prepare the Sprouts
Soak the whole beans overnight, rinse them, and then for 1- 2 days let them sprout. When sprouted, rinse them well.
Blend the Ingredients
In a mixed bowl, add in the sprouted moong, ginger garlic paste, turmeric, chopped green chilies, coriander leaves, carrot, and radish. Now, add salt to taste.
Add Water
Water should be gradually added to the batter until it attains a smooth, pancake-like consistency. Mix it thoroughly.
Heat the Pan
In a non-stick frying pan, lightly grease with some oil and heat up. Pour one ladle of the batter onto the frying pan and spread it out into a circle evenly.
Cook and Serve
Cook on medium heat till both the sides turn golden brown. Serve hot with your favourite chutney or yoghurt for a nutritious weight-loss-friendly meal!
