Ingredients
One hundred forty grams Instant noodles, two tbsp oil, one tbsp garlic, two green chillies, two packets tastemaker, one lemon, handful coriander leaves, salt, handful spring onion.
Cook the noodles
Boil water in a pot before you add the instant noodles. Cook according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Prepare the seasoning
Heat oil in a pan. Add minced garlic and diced green chilli. Saute for one to two minutes or until fragrant.
Add the tastemaker
Add in both packets of Tastemaker for the garlic and chilli mixture. Mix it well so that flavours combine.
Add the noodles
Add the now-cooked noodles to the pan. Toss them well in the seasoning mixture to coat them evenly.
Add the lemon
Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the noodles, mixing well so that the tangy flavour infuses all through the dish.
Garnish with coriander
Chop fresh coriander leaves and generously sprinkle them over the whole dish of dark noodles for a fresh flavour burst.
Finish with spring onion
Add chopped spring onions over the noodles to top it off with a final crunch. Serve hot and enjoy healthy coriander lemon noodles.
