Ingredients
Two cups of broccoli, one onion, four garlic cloves, one cup of milk, one-fourth cup of almonds, one teaspoon of olive oil, and salt to taste.
Soak almonds
Take a bowl with hot water and soak almonds in it for 10 minutes. Peel off the skin from almonds and put it aside.
Wash broccoli
Start by thoroughly washing broccoli florets in hot water and cutting it into smaller pieces.
Saute onions and garlic
Saute onions and garlic over medium heat for one minute and add broccoli florets. Saute it for another 3-4 minutes.
Blend ingredients
Take a mixer and add broccoli with soaked almonds and milk. Blend it until smooth and creamy.
Boil soup
Add the mixture to a saucepan and add salt according to taste. Boil it for a few seconds.
Garnish and serve
Turn off the heat and garnish with black pepper. Serve this garlic bread on the side.
