Ingredients
- 1 Tomato
- 2 garlic buds
- Curry leaves
- 2 spoon Collins
- 2 spoon black pepper
- Tamarind
- Salt
For Tempering
- 2 spoon ghee
- 1 spoon mustard seeds
- 1 spoon turmeric powder
- 1 pinch asafoetida
- 2 dry red chillies
- Coriander leaves
Method: Tale a grinder jar and put Collin, garlic , black pepper and curry leaves mix and then blend them. Add tomato, tamarind and make a thick paste of it. Then take a small pan, boil 2 cup of water and add paste to it. Mix them well. Boil it well for 3 – 5 mins. Along with this, take another small pan and prepare the tempering and finally garnish it with coriander leaves. Serve hot.
