3 Easy Exercises to Loose Belly Fat at Home

Many people aspire for a well-toned stomach and to reduce their belly fat. Loosing belly fat can also aid in improving your health but requires effort and exercise. For a flat belly, one has to certainly work really hard for belly fat is the most difficult to lose. Abdominal fat or belly fat is very harmful and linked with heart diseases and diabetes. So for those willing to loose belly weight without going to the gym, watch this video for 3 easy exercises to loose belly fat at home: 

  • Full Plank: Start with a standard push up position; hands directly below the shoulders and legs fully extended. With straight line from heels to shoulder, place your weight evenly on your arms and toes. Hold this position for 30 seconds and then take a break of 15 seconds.  
  • Elbow Plank: Place your elbows on the mat. Extend your legs and spread your weight evenly on arms and legs. Keep your back and spine straight and maintain a normal breathing. Hold this position for 30 seconds and then rest for 15 seconds. 
  • Shoulder Taps: Again come in the full plank position. Lift your one hand and tap on opposite side shoulder. Do 20 taps and then rest for 15 seconds.
