Reverse Fly

Take dumbbells in each hand and bend your knees. Bend forward with your back straight and core engaged. Extend your arms and raise them away from the body.

Shoulder Pass Through

Stand with feet shoulder width apart, take a pipe or stick and hold it with arms extended. Engage your core and raise the pipe above your head while keeping arms straight.

Doorway Stretch

Place your hand on a doorway, making a 90-degree angle with your elbows and arms. Twist your body a little in the opposite direction of the doorway.

Child’s Pose

Kneel on the yoga mat and extend your arms in front of you. Lower your torso on your thighs while keeping your forehead on the ground.

Rotation with Dumbbell

Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart. Take a light dumbbell, raise your elbow at shoulder height, and rotate your shoulder to bring the arm and weight up towards the ceiling.

Standing Arm Swings

Stand tall while keeping your arms on your side. Engage your core and swing your arms forward as high as they can go. Make sure not to raise your shoulders.

Sleeper Stretch

Lie on your shoulder, bring your elbow out, and point the fingers at the ceiling. Gently bend the arm towards the floor. Hold the position for 30 seconds.
