Chin Tucks

Sit or stand with your shoulders relaxed. Then tuck your chin, bringing it closer to your chin. Hold the position for 30 seconds and return to the starting position.

Thoracic Spine Foam Rolling

Lie on your back on the yoga mat. Take a foam roller and place it under your back. Gently roll up and down with the roller massaging your back.

Head Retraction

Lie down on your back on the yoga mat, bend your knees while keeping your hands on the side. Tuck your chin towards your chest and hold the position for 15 seconds.

Wall Slides

Stand against a wall, ensure your heels are six inches away from the wall. Slowly slide up until your head, shoulders, and hips are touching the wall.

Life Extension

Stand tall with your chest upright, knees soft, shoulders back and down. Make a fist, leaving thumbs out, raise your arms into a ‘Y’ shape and thumbs pointing behind you.

Stand tall with your shoulders relaxed. Interlace your fingers behind your back and stretch your arm up while arching your back.
