Vegetable salad is a healthy and filling meal enjoyed by many, especially for those on a weight loss journey. However, you can make this salad more nutritious and healthy by adding yoghurt to it. Tap to read its recipe!
Ingredients
Take two medium potatoes and carrots, two finely chopped green chillies, 250 grams cauliflower, ¾ cup shelled green peas, and salt as per taste.
What Else Do You Need?
One cup of whisked yoghurt, two teaspoons of honey, ½ teaspoon black salt, ¼ cup fresh cream, and fresh coriander sprigs.
Preparation
Take a deep pan, add water and salt in it. Bring this salted water to a boil.
Potatoes
Take two medium potatoes, add them into the boiling water, and cook for two minutes. Once the potatoes are cooked, add cauliflower and carrots to it.
Cook
Once the cauliflower and carrots are added, cook for 5-6 minutes. Once they are cooked, add green peas, stir, and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Drain
Once cooked, drain the water and add the vegetables into the cold water. Once again drain the vegetables and transfer them into a bowl.
Yoghurt
Take a large bowl, add yoghurt, salt, honey, black salt, green chillies, and fresh cream in it. Mix until well combined.
Add Vegetables and Serve
Once the yoghurt and other ingredients are combined, add vegetables in it and mix thoroughly. Transfer to a serving bowl, garnish coriander sprig, and serve chilled!
