Morning detox routine
She starts her day with a glass of detox water. It is a combination of hot water, turmeric, sea salt, black pepper, and lemon. It helps reduce inflammation and flushes out harmful toxins.
Butter coffee for energy
She then drinks a cut of butter coffee to boost her metabolism. She adds a tablespoon of desi ghee to her ghee. This helps balance her hormones and helps maintain energy throughout the day.
Healthy breakfast and lunch
For her breakfast she likes to have two eggs, avocados, and moong dal cheela. And for her lunch, she likes to have rice, vegetables, and chicken.
Green juice for gut health
She drinks a green juice made with celery, cucumber, mint leaves, ginger, coriander leaves, lemon, and salt. It helps improve her gut health and helps in weight management.
Diet Vs Workout
Debina focused more on fat loss than weight loss. She relies 80% on her diet and 20% on her workout. This helps her reduce stubborn belly fat and lose inches.
Evening snack and early dinner
For her evening snack, she likes to have coconut water with malai. She finishes her dinner by 7pm, which helps improve the digestion process.
