Baking Soda
Take a small bowl, add baking soda and water, and mix them to form a paste. Apply the paste on splinter and cover with bandage. Leave it overnight to loosen the splinter.
Epsom Salt
Add a few tablespoons of epsom salt to warm water and soak your finger in it for 10-15 minutes as it helps soften the skin, making it easier to remove splinters.
Tweezers
Sterile a pair of tweezers and form a firm grip over the splinter and pull out. Ensure that the splinter doesn’t break.
Pineapple
Cut a fresh pineapple and apply it directly to the affected area for 10-15 minutes which will help loosen the splinter making it easier to remove.
Banana Peel
Take a small part of the banana peel and apply it over the splinter. Secure the peel with bandage and leave it on overnight.
Vinegar
You can use apple cider vinegar or white vinegar for this remedy. Soak your finger in vinegar for 10-15 minutes to remove the splinter.
Hydrogen Peroxide
Soak your finger in the solution of hydrogen peroxide for at least 10 minutes to disinfect the area and remove the splinter easily.
