Forehead Smoothening

Raise your eyebrows while placing your fingertips just above them. Then, smooth your forehead skin downward by creating resistance with your fingertips.

Eyebrow Flares

You can perform this exercise by sitting or standing comfortably. Place your index finger at the outer corners of eyebrows and push them outwards while squinting your eyes.

Eyebrow Squeezes

Do this exercise while sitting with your back straight. Then, place your index and middle finger on the inner corners of eyebrows and squeeze them together.

Eyebrow Massage

Massage eyebrows in circular motion with any facial oil or moisturiser using your index finger for 1-2 minutes. It can also help improve blood circulation.

Brow Raises

Sit or stand with a straight back and place fingertips on the eyebrows. Then gently push eyebrows upward while keeping the eyes open.
