Ingredients

Take one and a half cup grated paneer (cottage cheese), half cup sprouted green grams (moong), eight white bread slices, and two teaspoon chopped coriander leaves.

What Else Do You Need?

1-2 chopped red chillies, salt as per taste, two teaspoon sweet chilli sauce, white sesame seeds, and freshly chopped chives.

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 degree celsius, grease the baking tray with melted butter or oil, and keep aside for later use.

Cottage Cheese Mixture

Take a bowl, add paneer, moong, coriander leaves, red chillies, sweet chilli sauce and salt as per taste, and mix well.

Bread

Cut bread in circular shape, add cottage cheese mixture, sprinkle some sesame seeds, and place them on the baking tray.

Bake

After placing the cottage cheese mixture on the baking tray, keep the tray in the pre-heated oven and bake for 5-10 minutes.

Garnish and Serve!

Once the paneer moong toast is ready, garnish it with freshly chopped chives and serve.
