Ingredients
Take the mentioned ingredients Milk Chocolate Couverture, Chocolate Chips, Kataifi pastry, Unsalted Butter, Pistachio Cream, and Tahini.
Prepare The Filling
Chop the kataifi pastry and keep it aside. Melt unsalted butter in a medium hot pan, add the chopped kataifi, and stir for 10 minutes. Once it turns into crispy golden brown, toss the knafeh into a mixing bowl.
Mix Everything
After tossing the Knafeh into a mixing bowl, add tahini and pistachio cream it and stir thoroughly until mixed properly.
Prepare The Chocolate
Take a saucepan, and simmer water in a medium-hot pan. Take a heatproof bowl with milk chocolate couverture, place it in the pan, and let it melt until the chocolate reaches 37 degrees celsius.
Tempered chocolate
After melting the milk chocolate couverture, add chocolate chips to it and stir continuously until the mixture cools down.
Assemble The chocolate
Pour two tablespoons of tempered chocolate into the heart-shaped mould and tilt it to evenly spread the chocolate.
Refrigerate it
After evenly spreading the chocolate, place it in the refrigerator for 10 minutes to let it set. Once it is solidified, fill it with the prepared knafeh mixture.
Refrigerate Again
After filling the mould with the mixture, pour additional chocolate over the filling to cover it properly. Then, keep the mould in the refrigerator for at least an hour to set.
Garnish
Take out the chocolate from the mould and garnish it by drizzling the leftover melted chocolate and any desired fruit as toppings and enjoy!
