Ingredients
Take an extra large avocado, papdis, one-fourth cup sliced tomatoes and onions, two teaspoons of coriander, thin sev, and one chopped green chilli.
What More Do You Need?
Take one teaspoon lime, one cup tamarind chutney, one cup green chutney, half teaspoon cumin powder, chaat masala, black salt, and salt as per taste.
Avocado
Take an extra-large ripe avocado, cut it and scoop it out in a bowl. Add one teaspoon of lime juice in the bowl and mash it.
Mix
Take a bowl, and add all the remaining ingredients in it except tomatoes as they release moisture. Give it a good mix until everything is combined.
Papdis
After combining everything, add the tomatoes in the bowl and mix it properly. Take papdis and place the avocado mixture on it.
Serve
Drizzle tamarind and green chutney on the papdis. Garnish it with thin sev, coriander leaves, and serve.
