Palm Oil
Palm oil is high in saturated fat and increases LDL (bad cholesterol) which can lead to cardiovascular diseases.
Vegetable Oil
Vegetable oil is high in omega-6 fatty acid, trans fat, and leads to oxidation which creates harmful toxins in the body.
Reused Frying Oil
Reused oil breaks down, forming harmful compounds such as oxidation, polymerisation, which can increase health risks such as cancer, inflammation, etc.
Canola Oil
The highly processed canola oil is heated on a very high flame which can cause it to break down and produce harmful compounds.
Corn Oil
It is high in omega-6 fatty acids and is also heated on high flame which causes it to oxidise creating harmful free radicals.
Refined Vegetable Oil
With Omega-6 fatty acids, it is also processed a lot and has chemicals in it which degrades its nutritional value, making it harmful for the health.
