Ingredients
Two sweet potatoes, one teaspoon of cumin seeds, one teaspoon of coriander powder, half a teaspoon of red chilli powder, salt according to taste, one tablespoon of olive oil, one tablespoon of lemon juice, and one teaspoon of chaat masala.
Boil sweet potatoes
Boil the sweet potatoes for 15-20 minutes. Drain the water and peel the outer layer. Chop the sweet potatoes into pieces.
Prepare dressing
Heat some oil, squeeze some lemon juice. Add cumin seeds, coriander powder, red chilli powder, and salt to it. Mix it well to combine ingredients.
Roast the sweet potato
Roast the sweet potato for a few minutes and coat it with the prepared dressing.
Serve
Transfer it in a bowl and serve the sweet potato chaat with pomegranate seeds and lemon juice on top.
