Ingredients

One cup of mint leaves, half a cup of coriander leaves, one small piece of ginger, one tsp roasted cumin powder, half tsp black salt, half tsp regular salt, half tsp black pepper, one tsp tamarind pulp or lemon juice, two cups cold water, a pinch of sugar.

Blend

Blend the mint leaves, coriander leaves, and ginger together with a little water. This will make a smooth paste.

Strain the blended mixture

You have to use a fine sieve to strain the blended mixture to remove any rough stuff, to get clear juice.

Add salt

Now, add the roasted cumin powder, black salt, regular salt, black pepper, and tamarind pulp or lemon juice.

Add cold water

After that, mix the strained juice with two cups of cold water. You have to stir it well until everything is evenly combined.

Serve

Taste and adjust the seasoning, and serve with ice cubes. You can sprinkle more cumin powder on it as per your taste.
