Ingredients
Two cups of chopped raw mango, one cup of sugar, half a cup of water, half a cup of chopped mint leaves (phudina), half a teaspoon of (black pepper powder, red chilli powder, black salt, roasted cumin powder) and salt to taste.
Prepare raw mangoes
Take a pan and add chopped raw mangoes, sugar and water. Stir it well and cook it for 10 minutes on a medium flame.
Blend ingredients
Take a mixer and add prepared mangoes, mint leaves, black pepper powder, cumin powder, black salt, salt and one and a half cups of water. Blend it until smooth.
Strain the mixture
Now, strain the mixture through a sieve to remove seeds and leaves. Squeeze some lemon juice into the mixture and stir it well.
Freeze the popsicle
Transfer the mixture to ice cream moulds and insert ice cream sticks in between. Freeze this for 6-8 hours. Sprinkle some red pepper powder and black salt, and serve it chilled.
