Ingredients
One tbsp sabja seeds / falooda seeds/basil seeds / tukmaria, half cup falooda sev, four cups milk, three tbsp sugar, one-fourth cup rooz afza / rose syrup, one cup strawberry gelly, vegetarian, two scoops vanilla ice cream two tbsp tutti frutti, two tbsp nuts, two cherries.
Add Rooh Afza and Sabja Seeds
Firstly you have to take a tall glass, add two tbsp of Rooh Afza and soak sabja seeds.
Add Falooda Sev
Add two tbsp of cooked Falooda Sev into the glass. You have to layer it nicely with the base.
Pour Chilled Milk
Pour one cup of chilled milk into the glass and stir gently for a smooth consistency.
Add Jelly and Ice Cream
Drop two tbsp of jelly into the glass, followed by a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
Top and Serve
Top with tutti frutti, and chopped nuts, drizzle Rooh Afza, and finish with a cherry. Enjoy it with loved ones!
