Ingredients
One cup of plain or masala bondi, 6-7 papdi, two cups of curd/dahi/yoghurt, half a cup of boiled potatoes, half a cup of (onion, cucumber and tomatoes), 1-2 green chillies, mint chutney, tamarind chutney, chopped coriander leaves, half a teaspoon of chaat masala, half a teaspoon of red pepper powder, salt to taste, and half a lemon.
Prepare the vegetables
Start by chopping onion, tomato , cucumber, and coriander leaves. Deseed and chop the green chillies.
Add spices
Add bondi to a big bowl and add salt, red pepper powder, and chaat masala. Toss it well to combine all the spices.
Add dahi with vegetables
Now, add dahi or yoghurt and whisk it well until creamy. Add the chopped tomatoes, onion boiled potatoes, and cucumber to this.
Add chutney
To balance the sweet and spicy flavours, add mint chutney and tamarind or imli chutney on top. Mix it well
Garnish and serve
Garnish the chaat with chopped coriander leaves, sev, and pomegranate seeds on top. Squeeze some lemon juice and serve.
