Ingredients
Take one cup of green peas, three peeled and boiled potatoes, two peeled and boiled sweet potatoes, one teaspoon grated ginger, and two chopped green chillies.

One chopped onion, two teaspoon mint chutney, one teaspoon corn flour, three-fourth cup of whole wheat bread crumbs, oil, and salt as per taste.
Preparation
Take a pressure cooker and boil the potatoes in it, and peel them. Preheat the oven at 200 degrees Celsius for later use.
Add Other Ingredients
Take a food processor and add potatoes, sweet potatoes, green peas, ginger, green chillies, onion, mint chutney, salt, and corn flour to bind them together.
Grind
Once everything is added, cover the food processor with the lid and grind it until the potatoes are coarsely mashed.
Blend
When the potatoes are coarsely mashed, open the lid, and stir the ingredients so that they blend properly. After stirring, grind them again.
Transfer
Transfer the mixture into a bowl. Grease your fingers with oil, take some mixture in your hand, and start giving it the shape of tikkis.
Bread Crumbs
Once the shape is given, cover the tikkis in bread crumbs and place them onto the baking tray.
Bake and Serve!
After placing the tikkis on the baking tray, bake them for 15 minutes until golden brown. Once golden brown, take them out of the oven and serve.
