Ingredients
Take six finely chopped tomatoes, one finely chopped red onion, thinly sliced four garlic cloves, one teaspoon homemade tomato puree, and one teaspoon virgin olive oil.

Take two teaspoons of red chilli flakes, one teaspoon cumin powder, half teaspoon red chilli powder, two teaspoons of dried oregano, and salt as per taste.
Preparation
Take a sauce pan, add olive oil, and heat on medium flame. Once the oil is hot, add garlic, chopped onion, and saute until translucent.
Tomatoes
Once the garlic and onions are translucent, add tomatoes to it, and stir well. Once they become soft, add tomato puree, and let it simmer for 7-8 minutes on low flame.
Blend
Once simmered, turn off the heat. Use a hand blender and blend until you achieve a smooth consistency.
Other ingredients
Add seasonings in the puree, such as red chilli flakes, cumin powder, red chilli powder, dried oregano, and salt. Mix well.
Simmer
Once all the ingredients are added and mixed properly, simmer the sauce for five minutes, turn off the heat, and let it cool.
Use
Once the sauce has cooled, you can use it on your pizza base or in other dishes.
