Ingredients
Take 4-5 medium peaches, ½ cup icing sugar, one lemon, one and a half teaspoon lemon juice, ¾ cup milk, and one teaspoon white vinegar.
What Else Do You Need?
Two teaspoons corn flour, one teaspoon baking powder, two teaspoons of castor sugar, a pinch of salt, two teaspoons chopped walnuts.
More Ingredients
½ teaspoon vanilla essence, two teaspoons of melted butter, one cup maida, oil, and fresh mint leaves.
Preparation
Take a small jug or cup, add milk and vinegar, and mix well. Keep it aside for at least 10 minutes. Peel and remove the seeds from peaches and cut them.
Lemon Glaze
Take a bowl, add icing sugar, lemon zest, and lemon juice in it. Mix until well combined.
Mixture
Take a bowl, sift maida, corn flour, baking powder, castor sugar, and salt in it. Once sifted, mix the milk-vinegar mixture into it until well combined.
Add Other Ingredients
Once combined, mix peaches, chopped walnuts, and vanilla essence. Add some butter and mix again.
Shallow Fry
Take a shallow non-stick pan, heat oil in it, and drop dollops of peach mixture into the oil. Shallow fry them until crisp. Take them out on an oil absorbent paper.
Serve
Once the peach fritters are ready, drizzle some lemon glaze on them, garnish with mint leaves, and serve.
