Ingredients
Take one cup instant oats, one cup whole wheat flour, half cup sooji (semolina), half cup curd, and three cups water.
What Else You Need?
Two finely chopped green chillies, one teaspoon cumin powder, one teaspoon crushed black peppers, two teaspoon chopped coriander, oil, and salt.
Preparation
Take a large bowl and add all the ingredients in it. Cover it and keep aside for 10 minutes.
Mix
After 10 minutes, stir the batter well until you achieve a consistency which is easy to spread.
Cook
Take a skillet and heat it on medium heat. Then pour a ladle of batter on the skillet in a circular motion.
Oil
Once the batter is poured, pour a little amount of oil around the edges of the batter, and let it cook until the top looks steamed.
Flip
Flip the dosa and do the same until the bottom part is cooked. Make sure it turns golden brown to be fully cooked.
Flip and Serve!
Once the bottom side of the dosa is also cooked, flip it again, fold, and serve hot!
