Ingredients
Take two and a half cup of ragi flour, one and one-fourth cup of maida, crushed whole oats and brown sugar, and half cup castor sugar.
What Else Do You Need?
Five teaspoons of melon seeds, sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds, one teaspoon raisins, and one and a half teaspoon baking powder.
Other Ingredients
Half teaspoon nutmeg powder, one teaspoon cinnamon powder, and one-fourth cup butter.
Preparation
Preheat an oven to 180 degree celsius. Take a mixing bowl, add ragi, maida, whole oats, brown and castor sugar, melon, sunflower and pumpkin seeds.
Store
Add raisins, baking powder, cinnamon powder, and nutmeg powder to the mixture and mix well. Store it in an air tight container.
Dough
Take a one cup of the mixture, mix butter, and knead it into a dough. Take a small part of the dough, shape it into a ball, and flatten it.
Baking Tray
Put a parchment paper on the baking tray and place cookies on it. Place the baking tray in the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes.
Serve
Once baked, take the cookies out and let them cool. Once cooled, serve them.
