Ingredients
Take one cup of syrup (equal parts of water and sugar), handful of fresh jasmine flowers, few strands of saffron, half teaspoon of cardamom powder.
Syrup
Take a Cauldron (kadhai), add equal parts of water and sugar on medium flame. Once the syrup starts to boil, lower the flame, and simmer until the sugar dissolves.
Saffron Strands
Add saffron strands, fresh jasmine buds, and crushed cardamoms in the cauldron. Bring the syrup to a boil and turn off the flame. Let it cool.
Set Aside
Keep the sugar syrup aside for 24 hours to infuse jasmine flowers into it. After 24 hours, strain the syrup and store it in a bottle and you can store it for a month.
Assemble and Serve!
Take a glass, add two tablespoons of freshly made syrup in it and fill it with ice cubes and water. Garnish it with mogra buds and serve!
