Ingredients
Take one boiled potato, one and a half cup of gram flour, one-fourth cup rice flour, one teaspoon kashmiri red chilli powder, three-fourth teaspoon salt and oil for frying.
What More Do You Need?
Half teaspoon cumin powder, aamchur and garam masala, one-fourth teaspoon turmeric powder, two teaspoon oil, and one teaspoon chaat masala.
Preparation
Grate one boiled potato in a bowl, add one and a half cup gram flour, one-fourth cup rice flour, three-fourth teaspoon salt, and all the other ingredients. Mix them until combined.
Prepare the Dough
After mixing the batter, knead it into a perfect smooth dough by adding water. While kneading, it might feel sticky so grease it with one teaspoon of oil.
Use Mould
Grease the small holed mould with oil and stuff the dough into it. Press the dough and spread the bhujia in hot oil in circles.
Fry the Bhujia
After spreading the bhujia in the hot oil, fry it until golden brown and crisp. Take it out and put it over kitchen paper to absorb the excess oil.
Serve
After the excess oil is absorbed, break it into several pieces and serve. Enjoy the bhujia with tea!
