Ingredients

Take half cup of finely chopped lemongrass, half cup finely chopped mint leaves, five cups of water, one teaspoon of tea powder, and jaggery as per taste.

Preparation

Take a pan, add lemongrass, mint leaves, and jaggery in it. After adding the ingredients in five cups of water, boil the water.

Simmer

Let the ingredients and water simmer on low flame until the water reduces to the amount of three cups.

Tea Powder

Once the water is boiled, remove it from the flame and add tea powder to it. Cover the pan and let the powder infuse for a few minutes.

Ready to Serve!

Strain the lemongrass tea into a cup and it is now ready to be served!
