Ingredients
Take one cup of dates, ½ cup whole almonds, ½ cup shredded coconut, ¼ cup chia seeds, ½ lemon juice, and ½ teaspoon lemon zest.
Preparation
Take a food processor and add a few dates in it. Make sure to remove its seeds before adding them to the processor.
Almonds
After processing the dates, add almonds, chia seeds, and lemon juice too in the processor. Process them until well combined.
Lemon Zest
Once all the ingredients are combined, add half teaspoon lemon zest in it and process again until you get a dough like consistency.
Ladoo
Once you achieve a dough-like consistency, scoop it with a spoon and roll it into a ball. Then dust it in shredded coconut.
Serve!
Once dusted with shredded coconut, serve it with evening snacks. Store it in an airtight container or refrigerator.
