Ingredients
Take two sliced cucumbers, two teaspoons of red chilli powder, one-fourth teaspoon asafoetida (hing), and one-fourth teaspoon turmeric powder (haldi).

Take one-fourth teaspoon of powdered fenugreek seeds (Methi seeds), half teaspoon of sugar, and one juiced lemon.
Preparation
Take a bowl and add sliced cucumbers to it. Add all the spices to it like red chilli powder, asafoetida, turmeric powder, sugar, lemon juice, and more. Mix it well.
Let Sit
Once all the ingredients are mixed properly, let it sit for at least one hour for the cucumbers to marinate in them.
Serve!
Once the cucumbers are marinated in the spices, give them a good mix once again. Now, your cucumber pickle is ready to be served with meals.
