Ingredients
One-fourth cup of oatmeal, two cups of dahi/yoghurt, 100 grams of strawberries, five whole almonds, one pinch cinnamon powder, and one pinch nutmeg powder.
Preparation
Take all the ingredients in a blender and blend them to form a smooth puree.
Water
After blending, check the consistency of the puree. Add water if it is too thick and add yoghurt if it is too thin.
Blend again
After adding the necessary add ons such as water or yoghurt, blend again to form a smooth puree.
Chill and Serve
Once blended, put the smoothie in the freezer to chill it or add ice cubes. Once chilled, pour the smoothie in glasses and serve.
