Ingredients
Take one cup instant oats, one and a half cup rice cereal, two teaspoons of brown sugar, one teaspoon pumpkin pie spice, and 200 grams steamed and pureed pumpkin.
What Else Do You Need?
Take One-third cup of honey, one teaspoon vanilla extract, one-third cup sultana raisins, and one-third cup dry fruits.
Preparation
Take a large bowl, add rice cereal, oats, brown sugar, and spice in it. Keep it aside and pre-heat the oven at 180 degree celsius for later use.
Other Ingredients
Take a separate bowl, add pumpkin, honey, and vanilla extract. Now add the dry ingredients in the bowl and mix well until combined.
Dry Fruits
Add dry fruits to the bowl and mix again until well combined. Then take a 9x9 greased tray and press the mixture lightly on it.
Bake
Put the greased tray in the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes until completely set. Remove the tray from the oven and let it cool before cutting.
Serve!
After cutting the protein bar into pieces, you can serve them fresh or freeze it for later use.
