Ingredients
Take finely chopped 10-15 fresh plums, three-fourth cup sugar, half teaspoon chaat masala, black pepper, roasted cumin powder, and one teaspoon lemon juice.
Preparation
Take a non-stick pan and heat it. Once heated, add plums and dry roast them for at least one minute.
Cook
Add one-fourth cup of water, mix, and cook until the plum softens. Add sugar to it and cook until it melts. Mash the plums and then mix well.
Add other Ingredients
Add roasted cumin powder, chaat masala, and black salt. Mix them well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add Lemon
After cooking well, take the pan off the heat, add lemon juice and mix well until combined properly.
Blend
Pour the mixture into the blender and blend properly until it becomes a smooth paste. Then strain the mixture into a bowl.
Mould
Take the popsicle mould and pour the mixture into it. Freeze the mixture for at least 6-8 hours or overnight.
Ready to Serve!
Your sweet and tangy plum popsicles are ready to serve. De-mould them and enjoy!
