Ingredients
One cup quick cook oats, one onion, three-fourth cup mixed vegetables, three green chilli, half cup water, salt, one tsp coconut oil/ sesame oil, two tsp cold pressed virgin coconut oil, half tsp mustard, one tsp urad dal, two tsp chana dal, curry leaves.
Chop vegetables
You have to finely chop all onions and vegetables. Half carrot, four beans, some peas, and slit chillies.
Heat oil
Afterwards, you need to heat oil, temper with the spices given, add onions, and saute well until they get translucent.
Add vegetables
Add vegetables, chillies and stir on medium heat for two minutes. Now, very little salt and optional sugar to enhance colour.
Add oats
Add oats and salt and mix well. Take one-fourth cup of water and stir it well. Keep covered for two minutes.
Sprinkle water
Sprinkle remaining water, stir again and keep on for two more mins. This oats should remain fluffy and should never get sticky or mushy.
