Ingredients
Half cup raw mango, 4-5 tsp oil, one-fourth cup onion, one tsp chilli powder, one-fourth tsp turmeric powder, half tsp coriander seeds powder, three tbsp jaggery, salt, half tsp mustard seeds, half tsp cumin seeds, one-fourth tsp asafoetida, 8-9 curry leaves, one-fourth cup coconut, dry kashmiri red chilli, water.
Cut raw mangoes
Raw mangoes cut into small pieces are boiled in water for 3-4 minutes in a deep pan and drained.
Heat oil
Oil is heated, and chopped onion is sautéed in a deep pan over medium flame for two minutes.
Cook it
Mangoes, spices, and water are added, mixed well. This is cooked for another four minutes on medium flame.
Add coconut
Add coconut paste, jaggery, and salt. You have to cook for another three minutes on medium flame, stirring occasionally.
Serve
Prepare the tempering, pour it over the sabzi, and mix gently. Serve it immediately hot with raw mango sabzi.
