Ingredients
One and a half cups of green gram soaked, 2-3 green chillies, one-inch ginger, a pinch of asafoetida, salt to taste, two tablespoons of fresh coriander, a pinch of baking soda, two tablespoons of rice flour, and oil.
Preparation
Take a blender, add green gram, green chillies, ginger, asafoetida (hing), and salt. Grind it until smooth. Add a little water if required.
Mix
Take a bowl, add the paste, coriander leaves, baking soda, and rice flour in it. Mix well.
Oil
Heat oil in a deep-frying pan. Once heated, lower the flame. Take a small amount of batter and gently drop it into the oil with your fingers.
Frying
Deep fry the fritters until they are crispy and golden brown. Take them out and place them on tissue paper to absorb any excess oil.
Serve
Your tasty moong daal ke pakode are ready to be served. You can enjoy them with green chutney or ketchup.
