Ingredients
Two cucumbers cut into noodles, one cup tomatoes, one clove of garlic, half cup olives, one tbsp basil, one tbsp oregano, two tbsp balsamic vinegar, half tsp black pepper, half tsp sea salt.
Prepare Cucumber Noodles
Using either a spiralizer or a julienne peeler, turn fresh cucumbers into noodles, then place them in a bowl.
Add Fresh Ingredients
Afterwards, add in diced tomatoes, sliced olives, and minced garlic for flavour and some of that crunch.
Season and Dress
Now, add the basil, oregano, balsamic vinegar, black pepper, and sea salt. Fold together gently to incorporate.
