Ingredients
Take one pack of strawberry cake mix, 80 ml of oil or melted butter, 240 ml of curd or yoghurt, and one cup sliced strawberries.
Preparation
Take a loaf pan and grease it with a little bit of oil and pre heat the oven at 160 degree celsius.
Cake Mix
Take a large mixing bowl and add a full packet of strawberry cake mix, 240 ml curd and 80 ml oil. Mix until the mixture becomes smooth and fluffy.
Add more yoghurt
If your batter is too thick, add a teaspoon of yoghurt and mix until the batter achieves the flowy consistency.
Transfer and Decorate
Now transfer the batter into the previously greased pan. Take the sliced strawberries and decorate the batter with it.
Bake
Place the pan into the pre heated oven and bake for 30-40 minutes. Stick a knife in the cake and if the knife comes out clean it means your cake is ready!
Cool and Serve
After the cake is ready, cool it for 10-20 minutes and serve!
