Ingredients
One cup soaked almonds, one litre milk, one cup sugar, two cardamoms (elaichi), and one teaspoon saffron (kesar) strands.
Preparation
Take one cup of soaked almonds and remove its skin. Then grind them until it becomes a smooth paste.
Boil Milk
Take a large pan and pour milk in it. After pouring the milk, stir it slightly and bring it to boil.

After bringing the milk to boil, add almonds, cardamom, sugar, and saffron until the milk is slightly thickened.
