Ingredients
One and a half betel leaves (paan patta), two tsp gulkand, mishri/honey, one cardamom pod, crushed seeds optional, two cups chilled milk, dry fruits optional (pistachios and almonds), one tsp fennel seeds.
Prepare the Paan Puree
In a blender, take one-fourth part chilled milk, paan leaves, and gulkand. It is followed by sweetener, cardamom, and fennel seeds.
Strain the Mixture
The mixture is then strained out. Pour the mixture into the jug or glass, straining off any coarse, thick particles.
Add Remaining Milk and Ice
Afterwards, you need to add more milk and ice. To the strained mixture and add the other chilled milk.
Garnish and Serve
Garnish with rose petals or dry fruits and serve chilled aromatic paan sherbet right away. Enjoy it with friends and family!
