Ingredients
Take 10 rice paper rolls/sheets, 100 grams thin rice vermicelli noodles, two sliced carrots, and two sliced cucumbers.
What Else Do You Need?
Take one cup of coriander and mint leaves, some holy basil (Tulsi), and eight iceberg lettuce, and ½ -¾ cup lukewarm water.
Preparation
Cook the vermicelli as per the package instructions. Then drain the water and let it cool. Cut all the vegetables while the vermicelli cools.
Rice Paper
Take a shallow pan, add lukewarm water to it, and dip a rice paper in the water for 10-20 seconds to make it soft. Remove excess water by dabbing and place it on a flat surface.
Vegetables
Take some 1-2 lettuce and place them on the third bottom of the rice paper. Garnish some coriander, tulsi, and mint on it.
Vermicelli Noodles
After placing all the leaves on the rice paper, place some noodles above them and add cucumber and carrots to it.
Fold and Serve
After adding the fillings, roll the rice paper and tuck its side tightly to close it. Repeat this step with other sheets and serve!
