Ingredients
Five large green chillies, one cup of Bhutanese or any other mild cheese, one large chopped onion, two diced tomatoes, three cloves of garlic minced, one tablespoon vegetable oil, and salt to taste.
Heat oil
Take a pan and heat some oil in it. Now, add onions and garlic to this.
Saute chillies
Wash and slice the chillies and add them to the pan. Saute green chillies with diced tomatoes for a few minutes.
Add cheese
Now, add small cubes of cheese to this, and stir continuously to get a creamy consistency.
Simmer
Pour water into this and simmer and cook over low heat for about ten minutes.
Serve
Top this with grated cheese and serve. You can pair this dish with brown rice or bread of your choice.
