Ingredients
Take two cups of dosa batter, grated cheese, one teaspoon oil, butter, schezwan sauce, green bell peppers, yellow bell peppers, and red bell peppers.

Take boiled american corn kernels, chopped black olives, finely chopped fresh coriander leaves, and cheese sauce.
Preparation
Heat a non-stick tawa (skillet), pour one teaspoon of oil and rub it all over it. Then pour the batter in the tawa.
Batter
Once you pour the batter into the skillet, spread the batter evenly in a circular shape. Spread some butter and cook until the bottom is half-cooked.
Add Other Ingredients
Once the bottom is half-cooked, add one teaspoon of all bell peppers, corn kernels, black olives, coriander leaves, and cheese sauce.
Cheese
Once all these ingredients are added, sprinkle some salt, black peppercorns, and grated cheese.
Fold and Serve!
After adding the spices and cheese, fold the dosa, sprinkle some coriander leaves, and serve hot!
